At EVERCLASSIC, we are geeks in the areas of which we work. We know that value cannot only be set with a simple price tag. We know that most items usually have emotional value as well. Hence, a piece of furniture or a lamp must be presented properly so that the buyer - looking at the items online - is able to experience the full value through pictures and descriptions.

Where are the items sold on EVERCLASSIC physically located?

EVERCLASSIC only works with professional collectors and enthusiasts who have turned their passion into a source of income. The items sold on our platform are physically located at shops, warehouses and/or galleries.

Can I trust the item descriptions?

We ensure that images and descriptions are 100% consistent with what you buy. We strive for the descriptions to be written comprehensibly in plain, understandable terms.

Who are the sellers?
The professional sellers are specially selected by our "shop finder team" and they have to meet EVERCLASSIC requirements for good service and secure delivery.

How is the condition of the items sold on EVERCLASSIC?

EVERCLASSIC sell used vintage items. Signs of use and other traces of age may therefore present on the item. Patina - in the form of scratches and marks - is part of the charm and “life story” of the item, and is not considered a “defect”. All sellers at EVERCLASSIC are required to describe items for sale to the best of their ability. Hence, it is important that you read the description of the item thoroughly before making any purchase. Please do contact the seller and ask for further information if you have any doubts!

How can I make sure the item is authentic?

EVERCLASSIC's experts review the items online every day to ensure that each item meets the written descriptions. If you see an item for sale which you believe is not correctly described, please send an email to support@everclassic.com.

What is Everclassic’s opinion towards replica (copy) furniture?

It’s quite clear: Replicas are not accepted at EVERCLASSIC. We do offer a Lifetime Authentication Guarantee on all items purchased at EVERCLASSIC insuring that the item is a genuine, original product and not a replica of a design.

Can I reserve an item?
No. As a general rule, you can not reserve items at EVERCLASSIC. Most often the traded items on our platform are in high demand. Our experience has taught us that, over time, customers usually do a lot of research and prefer to wait a rather long time for just THAT sofa, THAT chair or THOSE lamps. So, when the right thing is FINALLY up for sale, they act fast.

Should you miss an opportunity to buy, you can remain absolutely calm. Just keep an eye on what's happening on our site and act fast when the next opportunity comes! This way you can make sure that you will eventually end up as the happy owner of your desired items.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once you have bought your item, you will receive an email confirming your purchase as well as your receipt for payment. We will always contact you personally to confirm delivery details prior to shipping the item. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, estimated delivery date and time, as well as any other relevant information.

After this, just kick back, relax and wait for the item to arrive at your doorstep!

Can I cancel a purchase?

As long as an item has not yet been shipped, you are allowed to cancel your purchase. Just send us an email at support@everclassic.com within 24 hours after placing your order. Cancellation does not cost anything!

How can I pay at EVERCLASSIC?

You can pay electronically by bank transfer, Visa Card, MasterCard and Dankort. We need to receive your final payment within 4 working days after completion of purchase.

How are the items shipped?

EVERCLASSIC mainly operates with DHL but we also use a variety of professional shipping companies and freight forwarders which specialize in the transport of art, furniture and curiosities. These people know what they are doing and we trust they will safely bring your items to your door!

What about insurance?

All shipments from the seller and EVERCLASSIC are fully insured against damages.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery prices are calculated individually by size, weight and the location of the shipment destination. You are able to see the cost immediately when clicking on your wanted item.

How fast can you deliver?
Delivery times will always be based on estimates and depending on the shipment’s final destination. All the carriers which EVERCLASSIC work with have vast experience in international transport and thus provide delivery times that are as accurate as possible. As a general rule, delivery occurs within a few days. As general we deliver Express and that means delivery within a few days.

Can I ask for a preferred delivery date or time?

The precise details about any delivery are to be agreed directly with the carrier. Needless to say, the shipment carrier will always strive to give you the best possible customer experience.

I need my item quickly. Do you offer day to day deliveries?

We ship normally with DHL Courier service and that means fast delivery. All carriers working with EVERCLASSIC offer extra fast deliveries. Please ask directly by contacting support@everclassic.com for further information, terms and prices.

Can I track my shipment?

All shipments can be traced electronically using a unique tracking number. As soon as a shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with all the information.

Will my items be carried into my home?

All items are initially scheduled to be delivered curbside. If you prefer, you can arrange for the carrier to bring your purchases all the way into your home. The details are agreed directly with the carrier, who can also inform you whether or not you will need to pay a little extra for this particular service.

If I buy several different things, will it all be delivered together?

We aim to bulk into as few deliveries as possible. However, we cannot guarantee “all in one” deliveries.

Which countries are you shipping to?

We ship globally. There may be additional charges and extended delivery time when delivering to remote areas with irregular access. Ask EVERCLASSIC Customer Service for further details.

Can I return my items?

We are sure that you will love your item! However, in the event that you regret your purchase, simply let us know within 14 days after receiving your item. Together we will then plan a pickup and settle terms of reimbursement.

What if my item is damaged upon arrival/during shipping from the seller?

Should this happen, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make sure that you receive a refund.  All shipments are fully 100% insured against damages.

What do I do if the item is not described properly and I would therefore like to send it back?

In the unlikely event that the description of the item does not correspond with the item that you have received, please contact us at support@everclassic.com. Describe the discrepancy or flaw and we will contact you as soon as possible. The item will then be picked up or EVERCLASSIC will cover the shipping costs and your money returned.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

At the bottom of our homepage at EVERCLASSIC, you will find the menu item "Newsletter". Click here and follow the instructions to get registered. Don’t forget to confirm your email address by following the link in the mail you will receive!

I am the owner of a gallery, antique shop or other relevant business. How can I get started using EVERCLASSIC as a trading platform?

In order to ensure a high and consistent quality of goods across our platform, EVERCLASSIC is very carefully screening the goods and the people who are trading. We owe this to our customers! Start by sending us an email at sellers@everclassic.com with your contact information, a brief history and a link to your web address if you have one. Then we will get back to you within a few days.

I'm not a professional seller. How do I get started using EVERCLASSIC?

First of all: Thank you for your interest and trust in us! Unfortunately, we only accept professional sellers at this moment.

Your personal information is a serious matter to us and we respect your privacy. You do not need to be concerned! At EVERCLASSIC we use the latest technology and we always follow current European legislation on matters concerning sensitive data.
